Why High LTV Works

At 92.5% LTV, looping creates ~13.3× leverage on your collateral value.

Your xEGLD value (in EGLD) grows faster than your EGLD debt — even with a few "bad" periods of high borrow.

The net curve continues upward as long as staking APY > borrow APY on average.

How It Works

1. Supply xEGLD as collateral

2. Borrow EGLD up to LTV limit

3. Swap borrowed EGLD to xEGLD

4. Supply new xEGLD, repeat until target LTV

Your xEGLD quantity stays ~constant, but its EGLD value grows via staking rewards while your EGLD debt grows via borrow interest.

When to Worry

Slow liquidation only happens when borrow APY > staking APY consistently.

Even then, it's a slow, predictable increase in LTV — not a sudden liquidation.

It's not rational to borrow at extremely high interest → demand drops → APYs normalize.
